Q: Lost, Stolen or Damaged items?
A: Please refer to our Refunds and Replacements page
Q: Are you cruelty-free & vegan?
A: Yes, we do not believe in animal testing of any kind and do not use vendors that manufacturer materials that are not cruelty-free and vegan
Q: How big are your eyeshadows?
A: Our eyeshadows are 26mm
Q: How are your products made?
A: all of our products are mixed by hand using sterile one time use beakers and whisks and pressed using a hydraulic press to ensure you get the most product. Our press is sanitized between every order, as we complete orders as they come in.
Q: What's your fulfillment time?
A: Currently our fulfillment time of PROCESSING, is anywhere between 10-15 business days as we are a small 2 person operation. Keep in mind that during sales and holidays the fulfillment time increases to 15-25 business days
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do and if there's is ever a problem with Taxes and Duties, we will do our best to accommodate you with either full or partial reimbursement of the tax!
Q: What if the color is different?
A: We do understand that different screens have so many variables that play into how a color is viewed. By all means if you order a blue and get an orange, we will replace, but if an undertone is slightly off, unfortunately that's not something we will replace or refund for.
