Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the receipt of your package, unfortunately we do not offer store credit or replacements.
FOR DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item was damaged in transit at which time please email email@example.com with a picture of the damage, your order #, AND if you would like a replacement or store credit. Limited edition items will not be eligible for replacements, only store credit.
Replacements will require a re-ship fee that is the buyers responsibility.
Store Credit: Once your email has been reviewed we will issue you store credit.
For packages in transit and/or scanned as DELIVERED, We do not accept any responsibility and you must contact and/or file a claim with USPS to help you locate your parcel or reimburse you for lost, stolen or damaged items
We ensure the most secure shipping method by requiring a signature for deliveries over $100 in value. Priority Mail only insures $50 of your purchase, it is your responsibility to have purchased the “Shipping Insurance Add-On” at time of order for additional insurance coverage.
